The decision to add a stand-by power system, either in a residential commercial or industrial application, can be truly daunting. What do you really need? How do you make it work? How do you get it built? How do you make it affordable? We will answer all these questions for you and handle all phases of the design, permitting and construction processes, seamlessly.
Northeast Generator employees Professional Estimators and Engineers that will listen to you, evaluate your home, business or facility and offer you a range of options…whether it’s simply a budget price or firm proposal and that you’re ready for.
Nothing ensures a more seamless transition from design to construction than a company that does both, like Northeast Generator. Once we’ve completed the design phase, we’ll turn your project over to our Project Management Team and our General Contracting division. This team has completed hundreds, if not thousands, of large-scale stand-by power construction projects throughout the tri-state area. It really is a niche relationship that is unparalleled in both the construction and stand-by power industries. Public or private, residential, commercial or institutional, this team has done it all, and together they know how to get it built.
If you are a looking for a stand-by system, you may be able make it happen with a single tradesperson and a simple permit from the local building department. But if you’re looking to add a generator for your business, heath-care facility, school, or other large scale application, there is far more to navigate. In most of these cases, you’ll need the services of a design professional. This is when our team of in-house architects and engineers really shines. Most of our competitors subcontract these professional design services, or simply send the owner off on their own to find their own independent engineering firm. At Northeast Generator, we have the capability to evaluate and develop full architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical concepts and drawings. We use AutoCAD, Revit and the latest tools to satisfy the local building officials and prepare your project for construction.
At Northeast Generator, we know that budgets are never unlimited. Once we complete the initial evaluation and consider the standby power solutions, we’ll counsel you on savings options and sources to offset your costs, such as utility rebates, or financing plans.

I’m writing to complement one of your employees, Mike Bilischko Service Manager. I’ve experienced recurring problems with my Generac Generator since I purchased it a few yrs ago-it just kept continually stopped working. After several service calls it was determined that the issue was a defective motor. Mike interceded with Generac on my behalf and what followed were a series of misinformation and stonewalling from the manufacturer. Mike spent much time pursuing the issue on my behalf. Finally his efforts were rewarded and I received a new motor. In summary, Mike was a great advocate for me. He is a great asset to your company and I wanted to recognize him.
It gives me great pleasure to write this letter to you complementing our extreme pleasure with the services of Shawn Kopasz. As we are pleased with the overall service from Northeast Generator, our experience with Shawn has been an employee that goes the extra bit to make sure that your customers are fully satisfied. Shawn is a tremendous asset to company and you should be proud of the service that he is giving your customers.
Please feel free to extent our feelings to Shawn and we look forward to serving the City of Stamford for many years to come.
Northeast Generator has always been responsive to any service requests. This is my second time around with them. For various reasons having nothing to do with their service, I had switched to another service company for a short period of time. The second service company was terrible to work with and didn’t last long with me. I switched back to Northeast Generator, and they have been great; very responsive. I wish I never switched from them!)
Northeast Generator has been servicing our home for over 10 years. Their service technicians have always arrived on time, clearly explained the work they are doing and are very friendly. During a routine service last year, the technician reported a potentially serious issue with our propane gas line. They quickly worked out a solution, scheduled the follow-up visit and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Our generator has functioned flawlessly during this period. The office staff is very helpful and has always been able to schedule their regular maintenance visits to fit our schedule.)
We switched to Northeast Generator this past year after having bad service from another company. Northeast came highly recommended and I agree with the recommendation. They are very easy to work with, having great communications and scheduling, and are very knowledgeable. We are very happy that they are servicing our generator)
Great Service, Quality and Prices! I was very pleased with my most recent service by Northeast Generator. Always there to serve us, call with reminders when service is due with great prices and quality service. Highly recommended.)
Northeast has been servicing my older propane generator for several years now. Their representatives always treat me with respect and in a professional manner. They have worked through very hot weather and deep snow. Work has been very good and priced reasonably.
My yearly maintenance was performed this week, the technician was friendly and efficient, after he completed the internal checkup he completely cleaned the outside making it look brand new. Thank you Northeast Generator.
