Backup Power for Schools & Universities

We have relied on Northeast Generator for 14 years and their service, pricing and fairness is excellent. We recently sold our home and the generator ATS panel failed 10 days before closing. NE and in particular, Addison, went out of his way to find and secure a compatible unit at a reasonable price and got it installed and tested with a couple of days to spare. I would definitely use them for generator related needs especially since I've heard horror stories from friends who went with other providers.

Northeast Generator is a first-class operation. We've been using them for annual service since installation almost 10 years ago. They arrive on-time and do a quality service of our unit. The generator is obviously something that must be kept n good-working order. Servicing the unit cannot be done when the power goes out!! I'm happy to have a trustworthy vendor do the annual tune-up required.

Northeast Generator installed my Generac 20kw Standby Generator almost 14 years ago, and have always provided great service. Most recently ants got into my generator's control panel requiring it to essentially be rebuilt. When Northeast was done, the generator was like new. Always a reasonable response time when responding to any issues, which is so important, especially if you live where power can go out any time.

I have been using Northeast Generator for a number of years. Always a very professional, timely and courteous service. Never had a problem or an unresolved issue.

Northeast Generator did a great job on my Kohler 20RCA install! The biggest part of the job was handled by Angelo and Bob, and they were just terrific! Knowledgeable, courteous and personable. When they did not have an answer, they knew who to call to get the answer quickly. Brian and Max also helped to provide top-notch service. I could not be happier with Northeast Generator!

We recently moved into a house with a Northeast Generator. When I called to inquire about servicing and maintenance they answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. It was a smooth process to keep service up to date. They just completed the first service and the tech was knowledgable and took the time to go over everything. A great experience from start to finish.

We switched to Northeast Generator this past year after having bad service from another company. Northeast came highly recommended and I agree with the recommendation. They are very easy to work with, having great communications and scheduling, and are very knowledgeable. We are very happy that they are servicing our generator

Very nice people. Technicians are always friendly and very helpful.
