We have relied on Northeast Generator for 14 years and their service, pricing and fairness is excellent. We recently sold our home and the generator ATS panel failed 10 days before closing. NE and in particular, Addison, went out of his way to find and secure a compatible unit at a reasonable price and got it installed and tested with a couple of days to spare.
