I’m writing to complement one of your employees, Mike Bilischko Service Manager. I’ve experienced recurring problems with my Generac Generator since I purchased it a few yrs ago-it just kept continually stopped working. After several service calls it was determined that the issue was a defective motor. Mike interceded with Generac on my behalf and what followed were a series of misinformation and stonewalling from the manufacturer. Mike spent much time pursuing the issue on my behalf. Finally his efforts were rewarded and I received a new motor. In summary, Mike was a great advocate for me. He is a great asset to your company and I wanted to recognize him.

Northeast Generator has always been responsive to any service requests. This is my second time around with them. For various reasons having nothing to do with their service, I had switched to another service company for a short period of time. The second service company was terrible to work with and didn’t last long with me. I switched back to Northeast Generator, and they have been great; very responsive. I wish I never switched from them!)
Northeast Generator has been servicing our home for over 10 years. Their service technicians have always arrived on time, clearly explained the work they are doing and are very friendly. During a routine service last year, the technician reported a potentially serious issue with our propane gas line. They quickly worked out a solution, scheduled the follow-up visit and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Our generator has functioned flawlessly during this period. The office staff is very helpful and has always been able to schedule their regular maintenance visits to fit our schedule.)

Northeast has been servicing my older propane generator for several years now. Their representatives always treat me with respect and in a professional manner. They have worked through very hot weather and deep snow. Work has been very good and priced reasonably.
