Remote monitoring keeps both the homeowner and Northeast Generator connected to the generator system to track performance and receive alerts and notifications for any activity from anywhere or anytime. When applicable, we use the factory installed monitoring system. If the unit is older or did not come with one built in, we offer several 3rd party monitoring solutions that are compatible with your generator.
Looking to purchase just equipment? We have an extensive stock of equipment available for purchase with or without an installation. Equipment can be picked up at our facility or dropped off to the site address. Our delivery crews can install the concrete pad and set the generator in place, making the process easier for you. Our factory trained and certified generator technicians can come back when the installation is complete to perform a startup and register the generator with the manufacturer.

Northeast Generator has always been responsive to any service requests. This is my second time around with them. For various reasons having nothing to do with their service, I had switched to another service company for a short period of time. The second service company was terrible to work with and didn’t last long with me. I switched back to Northeast Generator, and they have been great; very responsive. Northeast has been servicing my older propane generator for several years now. Their representatives always treat me with respect and in a professional manner. They have worked through very hot weather and deep snow. Work has been very good and priced reasonably.
