Northeast Generator is proud to be one of the few companies in our region to offer the Tesla Powerwall battery system. With a specially designed battery, you can store energy throughout the day, saving that power for peak demand and nighttime energy use. Tesla’s Powerwall can be used with or without solar and is compatible with all generators.
The Tesla Powerwall is one of the most advanced residential energy storage and backup power systems in the world. Powerwall detects grid outages and automatically becomes your home’s main energy source. Protect your home from the next power outage and keep your lights on, phones charged, and no puddles under the fridge. To access more storage capacity, multiple Powerwalls may be installed in a parallel fashion. Inverters have been installed atop the battery allowing the power to toggle between AC and DC stored power, allowing it to support large power needs.
Powerwall integrated with solar to store excess energy generated throughout the day and makes it available when you need it, minimizing reliance on the grid. Powerwall allows for your home to always remain powered, even when solar isn’t available.
Powerwall offers 24/7 mobile monitoring, which ensures you know the status of your energy system at all times, along with many other great features:
View the current charging state of your Powerwall and change its settings
Monitor energy flow between your solar system (if applicable), Powerwall, the grid, and your home
Track your home’s daily energy consumption
Access when grid energy is least expensive in your area
Powerwall can be programmed to charge itself depending on the time of day. Many utility companies change their prices throughout the day. Powerwall can be set in Time-Based Control to maximize the savings. Powerwall learns patterns in your energy usage and solar generator (if applicable) to avoid purchasing high-cost electricity. With the installation of a new Tesla Powerwall system, you may qualify for numerous state and federal tax credits and rebates. Powerwall installers may also qualify for additional credits from their utility company. Energy consumption can vary day to day. If your solar system and Powerwall generate more energy than you consume, the system will send that energy back to the grid. When energy is sent back to the grid, you will receive credits on your electric bill or a check from your utility company for the energy you provided them.

We have relied on Northeast Generator for 14 years and their service, pricing and fairness is excellent. We recently sold our home and the generator ATS panel failed 10 days before closing. NE and in particular, Addison, went out of his way to find and secure a compatible unit at a reasonable price and got it installed and tested with a couple of days to spare. I would definitely use them for generator related needs especially since I've heard horror stories from friends who went with other providers.
Read on GoogleNortheast Generator is a first-class operation. We've been using them for annual service since installation almost 10 years ago. They arrive on-time and do a quality service of our unit. The generator is obviously something that must be kept n good-working order. Servicing the unit cannot be done when the power goes out!! I'm happy to have a trustworthy vendor do the annual tune-up required.
Read on GoogleNortheast Generator installed my Generac 20kw Standby Generator almost 14 years ago, and have always provided great service. Most recently ants got into my generator's control panel requiring it to essentially be rebuilt. When Northeast was done, the generator was like new. Always a reasonable response time when responding to any issues, which is so important, especially if you live where power can go out any time.
Read on GoogleI have been using Northeast Generator for a number of years. Always a very professional, timely and courteous service. Never had a problem or an unresolved issue.
Read on GoogleNortheast Generator did a great job on my Kohler 20RCA install! The biggest part of the job was handled by Angelo and Bob, and they were just terrific! Knowledgeable, courteous and personable. When they did not have an answer, they knew who to call to get the answer quickly. Brian and Max also helped to provide top-notch service. I could not be happier with Northeast Generator!
Read on GoogleWe recently moved into a house with a Northeast Generator. When I called to inquire about servicing and maintenance they answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. It was a smooth process to keep service up to date. They just completed the first service and the tech was knowledgable and took the time to go over everything. A great experience from start to finish.
